I had bought a vehicle from carvana I was unaware that my transmission had already been rebuilt. When I took it in it was there at transwest for 2 to 3 weeks this was at no way transwest fault. The warranty company kept sending inspectors and they never showed up it was aggravating they called I called finally at about 3 weeks I got a little upset with my warranty company. Just a little history. I was Fremont Ford customer before the transition to Transwest. After the transition to Transwest, I took my truck in (it was a Monday morning, busy time), for a service. Walked into the service area, and there were 5 people behind the counter. 3 looking a 1 screen, and 2 on separate screens. I've been in a couple times to see about getting a different vehicle. The most impressive thing to me was my trade in evaluation. I always expect a low ball offer. Christian and Steven were really helpful with the timing issue, including the well known F150 cam phaser concerns. They knew what they were talking about, explained things clearly, and made the situation easier to understand. I appreciated how professionally they handled everything and how they kept the process from feeling more complicated than it needed to be. The communication was solid, the details were clear, and Christian and Steven made the whole experience much smoother.
We've dealt with Drew Allen at Transwest and it's been out pleasure. We got the pleasure of working with Dan & having a long talk with Brian about collective cars. If you want a no pressure experience I strongly recommend. We didn't actually go there to buy a vehicle, we went there to sale our car. Sunshine (the sales person) was very helpful & answered all questions. I haven't driven it much yet to have an opinion. I'm hoping to get some detailed info re: the "minor damage" that was reported in its maintenance history. I like to stay ahead of problems with constant preventive maintenance. I want to be on the lookout for any future problems with the "minor damage."

Salesperson wasn’t knowledgeable of the vehicles and what options the vehicles had. Salesperson did not even get the name right on the application he filled out for the financing. During deal I asked for tint to be put on my front windows. He even gave me the company that does the tint. However that fell through the cracks and I said screw it, I will call the tint place myself. The one I picked was the one I found out did the tint for this dealer. Update: same day as the service and review, management reached out to me to address my issues. Without even talking to me they made a partial refund to my card. The manager also proactively made changes to their process to ensure correct billing in the future. I believe that is exceptional service. Went and had a synth mix oil change, tire rotation, and tire patch done today. $130. No idea why. Online it says it is a synthetic blend oil change is primarily offered through "The Works®" Package, which generally costs around $70.00, which is what I ordered.
